Dear Mt Shasta Goddess Temple,
You are warmly invited to Cosmogenetrix 2026, the Spring gathering for Mandala Members of the Mt Shasta Goddess Temple, devoted to spiritual vision and sacred orientation. Our theme this year is Mountains on the Moon—a symbol of heightened perspective, steady ascent, and the quiet power of seeing farther than before. This is a retreat for those who feel the inner call to reach higher, strengthen their discernment, and center in the kind of wisdom that steadies the whole life.
Together we will explore Cosmic Map-Making, the art of shaping a true spiritual map drawn from lineage, mythology, personal experience, and the places that have marked your soul. We will work with the question of coordinates: What guides you? What carries you? What patterns repeat until they are finally understood? This is intuitive astrocartography, practical and mystical at once, offering clarity about where you are, what you are becoming, and what your path asks from you next.
From there, we will enter Navigation by Stars and Ancient Future Timelines. We will study the stars as intelligences: their light and sound rhythms, timing, and the art of cosmic movement. We will also explore the deeper structure of time: how future potentials are felt long before they arrive, how timelines are chosen through devotion and action, and how a woman becomes capable of holding the vision of her destiny without rushing it.
Cosmogenetrix 2026 is a call to look up, to remember, and to refine your vision for the era you are here to help shape.
This Retreat is open to all Mandala Members of the Temple. This is an in-person-only event.
Annual Cosmogenetrix Retreat & Symposium
March 11-15, 2026
Dunsmuir, CA 96025
Schedule
The overview for our retreat is below:
Wednesday, March 11: Arrive on Wednesday night to settle in and enjoy an evening of sister time and crafting offerings to take out into nature the next day.
Thursday, March 12: Official retreat activities begin at 11am with an Opening Ceremony followed by a day of self-care, purification, and divination. Weather permitting, we will go up on the mountain or out to the river to make offerings and then spend the afternoon browsing crystal shops, having lunch, socializing, and relaxing. At 6pm, dinner will be provided and we will enjoy an evening of divination and dream incubation.
Friday, March 13: At 10am we will have our first creative session of Cosmic Map-Making, with elements of drawing, collage, and sharing around the astronomy and astrology of our magical lives and devotion. We will break for lunch, then return in the afternoon to finish our map projects and rest before dinner. In the evening, we will co-create a ritual crystal sound bath experience for each person in attendance.
Saturday, March 14: Our morning session will focus on Navigation by Stars in terms of ancient seafaring, skygazing activities, and assessing the inner landscape shaped by our astrological charts. Our afternoon session around Ancient Future Timelines will focus on decolonizing ideas to help us stay centered, strong, and prepared to help our families and communities remember who we truly are. In the evening, there will be a beautiful Spring Equinox Ritual honoring Asteria: mother of Hekate and Queen of Stars.
Sunday, March 15: We will gather for a final breakfast before departing.
